days of sunshine a year on the Costa del Sol — more than anywhere in Europe.
The sea within reach, world-class golf courses, Andalusian cuisine and a culture in no hurry. The Costa del Sol combines the calm of a seaside town with the accessibility of Málaga’s international airport — home is just a few hours’ flight away.
We help you find not just a property, but the neighbourhood, the neighbours and the daily rhythm that suit you — whether you seek a winter retreat, a profitable rental or a permanent home under the sun.

The western edge of the Costa del Sol: hillside vineyards, the Duquesa marina, Sabinillas beaches and golf at La Duquesa and Doña Julia. A white hilltop town looking across to Gibraltar, Sotogrande next door.
Casares pairs a white hilltop village and its Moorish castle with a golf coastline: the beaches of Casares Costa, the Finca Cortesín resort and Duquesa marina, quieter and better value than Marbella.
A whitewashed old town full of flowers and murals, a long beach promenade and its own marina. A dozen golf courses nearby and the premium New Golden Mile estates. A calmer, more affordable alternative to neighbouring Marbella.
A white hill village above Marbella, the dining room of the Costa del Sol. Golf at La Quinta, Los Arqueros and Los Flamingos, the gated La Zagaleta estate; Puerto Banús fifteen minutes away.
The flagship of the Costa del Sol: beaches, the Puerto Banús marina, Nueva Andalucía's Golf Valley and an old town below La Concha mountain. Prestige addresses like the Golden Mile and Sierra Blanca, with year-round living.
Mijas pairs its whitewashed hill village with the beaches of La Cala and Calahonda. Golf at Mijas Golf and La Cala Resort, sea views, and Fuengirola and Marbella twenty minutes away.
A seven-kilometre seafront promenade, a marina in the centre and the medieval Sohail castle. The C-1 commuter train links you to Málaga and the airport without a car. The old town lives year-round, with Mijas golf courses close by.
Puerto Marina with its yacht berths and restaurants, beaches with a seafront promenade, and above them the white streets of the old town. Torrequebrada golf, a cable car up Monte Calamorro and trains to Málaga from Arroyo de la Miel.
The beach resort closest to Málaga airport, with a direct train into the city. Bajondillo beach, a seafront promenade and La Carihuela, an old fishing quarter famed for seafood. Pedestrian old town, alive year-round.
A working port city with year-round life, not a seasonal resort. Old town with the Alcazaba and the Picasso Museum, the Muelle Uno promenade, city beaches and the Pedregalejo fishing quarter. Villa districts climb into the Montes de Málaga with sea views.
Ronda sits above the Tajo gorge, spanned by the Puente Nuevo bridge. A Moorish old town, surrounding vineyards and the Serranía de Ronda mountains. Authentic inland Andalusia, Marbella's coast an hour away.

We were afraid of buying abroad, but the whole process ran in our language and without a single surprise. Today we spend our winters in Estepona.
A professional approach from the first consultation. They arranged the NIE, the bank and the notary. The investment paid off within a year through rental.
Discretion and quality at the level we expected. We saw the villa in La Zagaleta before it reached the market.
Every two weeks, 5–7 hand-picked properties matching your preferences — including pre-market listings you won’t find on portals.
Taxes and fees come on top of the property price in Spain — typically 10–13% extra. Enter the price and purchase type and instantly see the real total investment for Andalusia.
On a resale you pay the transfer tax (ITP 7% in Andalusia). On a new build from the developer it is 10% VAT + 1.2% AJD stamp duty.
Indicative estimate for the Andalusia region. Exact rates depend on the municipality, bank and financing — we are happy to prepare a binding quote.
The most common questions from clients before buying on the Costa del Sol. Didn’t find your answer?
Ask us→No. As a citizen of the European Union you have freedom of movement — you can buy and own property in Spain without any visa or special permit. You will only need a foreigner’s tax number (NIE), which we arrange for you.
The NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) is the Spanish tax identification number for foreigners. Without it you cannot sign a purchase deed or open an account. We arrange it for you before the purchase — in person or by power of attorney.
Roughly 10–13% of the purchase price for taxes and fees — transfer tax or VAT, notary, land registry and legal services. You can estimate the exact amount in the calculator above, or we will prepare a binding quote tailored to you.
Yes. Spanish banks routinely lend to non-residents too, usually up to 60–70% of the property value. We help you compare offers and arrange financing.
After choosing, you place a reservation deposit; then the preliminary purchase contract (contrato de arras) is signed with a deposit, usually 10%. The purchase is finalised by signing before a notary (escritura), where you pay the balance and receive the keys. We guide you personally through the whole process.
Yes, short-term tourist rental in Andalusia is possible — but it requires registration and a tourist licence. We advise which properties are suitable for rental and help with all the paperwork.
